Privacy policy

Last updated: July 2026

This policy explains how I, Nadine Berrange (ABN 78 234 150 731), handle personal information collected through this website and in the course of my work. I take privacy seriously and handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What I collect

If you contact me by email or phone, or book a call, I collect the details you provide: typically your name, email address, phone number, business name and anything you choose to tell me about your business. This website does not have contact forms and does not require you to create an account.

How I use it

I use your information to respond to enquiries, schedule and hold conversations, and deliver services you engage me for. I do not sell personal information, share it with third parties for their marketing, or add you to mailing lists without your consent.

Third-party services

Call bookings are handled by Calendly, which collects the details you enter when booking and handles them under its own privacy policy. This site is hosted on Netlify, and fonts are served by Google Fonts; these providers may process standard technical data such as IP addresses and browser information as part of serving the site.

Client confidentiality

Commercial information shared with me during engagements is treated as confidential, is used only for the purposes of the engagement, and is not disclosed or used in published material without agreement.

Storage and retention

Information is stored in reputable, access-controlled systems and kept only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Access, correction and questions

You can ask what information I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted at any time by emailing nadineberrange@gmail.com. If you have a concern about how your information has been handled, contact me first and I will respond promptly. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
